We used to be able to open documents on a network share with 11.04 (I think!). Some minutes later, I can observe that calc is trying to save continuously and I cannot access to the window (not even the menus) any more! I'm not sure if this is an OpenOffice, file system, Fedora or permissions issue though I've not noticed anything similar with other applications. I've tried converting to a MS Word document then back again.
