That seems like it should be a fairly simple fix, and this is a REALLY annoying error. I think I removed the OO1 directory before installing OO2, but I'm not positive about that... Perhaps this was soemthing that was taken out of openoffice. LibreOffice 3.4.4 (Ubuntu version) shows the same message twice: one referring to ~/.libreoffice/3/user/basic/dialog.xlc and the other referring to dialog.xli in the same directory. Then save the empty file. Hi there!
I just copied an existing script.xlb into the WebWizard folder, gone is the error message. I also noticed that the files referenced are located in ~/.openoffice.org2/user/basic/Standard. Now with the upcoming OOo 3.0 the mechanism of initialising the Basic/Dialog libraries has been changed another time. So the problem seems to be in the upgrade process in general. This cannot be fixed now, the problem is already there. This should stop the error message. Evidently, the problem arises when a previous version has been installed.
