Tried launching SQLDev and it still thinks I am on 18.104.22.168 (its still there, but so is 22.214.171.124). A cabinet file contains compressed application, data, resource and DLL files. The users are not administrators and we are not using roaming profiles. How do I set the PATH permanently?
