So again using the repair on MS Office got it working again. We don't recommend repairing an offline Outlook Data File, so if your offline data file isn't usable, you should recreate it. There may be cases where you need to run both ScanPST and PST2GB. Try changing the view or resetting it. The Inbox Repair tool checks the Outlook data files on your computer to see if they're in good shape. Search for the file that was just repaired and open it.
Outlook isn't open, and I can't find anything using my .pst file. I can see the old location in Account Settings/data files. It's sorta like checkdisk for your email. Brilliant.
